Guangzhou S. Belle Cosmetic Tools Co., Ltd is a separate legal entity of HONGKONG S. Belle Cosmetic Tools R & D Center that specializing in beauty makeup supporting product development, production, OEM processing and marketing in-one professional company.The company owns “FINLING”, “OTW”, “XUEMARY”, “KEQI” and many other brands. We passed the ISO9001 : 2000 quality system certification and owned the honor title of “Leading brand” at the 2013 China beauty Expo. At present ,our terminal brand “XUEMARY” have Long-term strategic partnership with many famous KA store and chain store, and have our own place on the filed of domestic beauty tools.

Our company has around 1000 staff and covers an area of 20,000㎡.We have our own R&D team, dust-free workshop, garden-style factory area with good environment. Numerous advanced high-tech production equipment with excellent capability, energy conservation and pollution emissions reduction,to guarantee high quality and capacity of products.
